Power outages were reported in some parts of the Olympic Region Tuesday morning, April 19, as an early spring storm blanketed heavy, wet snow throughout northern New York.

The NYSEG power outage map online showed several areas affected by outages Tuesday morning, affecting hundreds of customers, including the hamlets of Keene and Keene Valley and the towns of Wilmington, Chesterfield, Jay and Elizabethtown.

The National Grid power outage map online also showed several areas affected by outages Tuesday morning, affecting hundreds of customers, including the Paul Smiths-Gabriels area in the town of Brighton and sections of the towns of St. Armand, Franklin, Harrietstown and Black Brook.
