Luge racing begins tonight, Thursday, Feb. 7, at 6 p.m., at the Mt. Van Hoevenberg Olympic Sports Complex track. The Nations Cup single-heat race is a World Cup qualifying event for men and women’s singles and doubles. World Cup action is slated for Friday and Saturday. Pictured, a luger does a training run Thursday morning at the track. Admission to the FIL Viessmann Luge World Cup is $15/adults, $9/juniors and seniors and free with an Olympic Sites Passport. A two-day adult admission pass is $25.
