LAKE PLACID — The Lake Placid News remembers Sid Ward, of Jay, who died Monday, Aug. 24. In July 2018, Staff Writer Griffin Kelly interviewed Ward for the “We are Lake Placid” podcast about the cutting boards he made and giving away the proceeds to local community groups.
