LAKE PLACID — Following the conclusion of the Youth National Luge Championships here on April 6, USA Luge held its annual Running of the Balls Fundraiser. There were 1,666 lacrosse balls that were released down the luge track as a part of the team’s annual fundraiser. Prizes were awarded to the top 10 finishers, as well, the last place finisher, top blue ball and Mojo ball.

Below are the winners of the Running with the Balls:

The Blue Ball winner was Alex G, who will receive a trip to the 2025 FIL Luge World Championships in Whistler.

The Mojo Ball winner was Bruce S., who will win $250 and the Mojo Nixon box set.
