Lake Placid Blue Bombers softball minors won the 2022 league Championship after defeating the Saranac Lake Green Goat Maps 6-5 in the third extra inning (bottom 9th) Thursday night in Lake Placid. This year’s league consisted of Tupper Lake, Bloomingdale, Saranac Lake (Green Goat Maps) and Saranac Lake (39 Beef Bravo CO.). The Bombers finished the season with an overall record of 8-2.
