I can remember a saying when I was growing up that went something like this: “He sat in the middle of the field and hit himself in the head with rocks because it felt good when he stopped.”

The Trump regime is supplying a rock pile that would cause a lot of pain. Sending troops to Democratic-run cities under the guise of addressing their uncontrolled crime statistics, when stats are demonstrably higher in many Republican-controlled cities. Yup, more rocks! Qatar, being welcomed to place/train their air force personnel on U.S. soil. The same country that reportedly funded Hamas and other terrorists groups to the tune of $1.3 billion. Apparently if you gift a jet, host a Trump owned golf resort, fund a son-in-law, previously retain the current attorney general as a lobbyist, we’re willing to let them fly fighter jets over our homes unfettered. Yup, more rocks! The whack-a-mole tariff policy that is ostensibly based on the whims of our petulant president. One day 100% then the next 20%, the lie that the tariffed country pays the tax. Then discussing a tariff rebate check when we are deficit spending in the trillions. Yup, more rocks! Bragging about how they are curtailing the press, limiting their access and suing them ad nauseum. Yup, more rocks. ICE agents body slamming octogenarians, rapid fire pepper balling a kneeling minister, invading apartment buildings that are home to residents that don’t “look” American. Zip tying children and disappearing long-term, hard-working mothers and fathers. Yup, more rocks! Blowing up boats and killing at will foreign nationals in international waters with out any kind of due process. Yup, more rocks! They’ve decided that their own policies are losers so much so that they are openly orchestrating mid decade gerrymandering in order to tilt the electorate to be more favorable to Republicans. In other words, cheat. Yup, more rocks! The Republican-controlled House, Senate and executive branches have shut the government down, to decimate our health care. Cause nothing but pain to ACA market place insureds and Medicaid recipients. All for the largest tax cut for billionaires ever. Yup, more rocks! Now there are reports that the young Republicans that the current regime has been grooming authored a string of posts/threads that are so racist/xenophobic that even Elise is running away from those that she recently praised. I guess they neglected to let these minions know they shouldn’t put that kinda stuff in writing, duh. Yup, more rocks! I just hope the country lasts long enough to stop the head pounding to see if in fact it feels good when you stop. Who’s the radical now?
