Many thanks for helping with the Lyman Kipp sculpture

Enormous thanks go to Mayor Craig Randall for his encouragement and help in getting the Lyman Kipp sculpture back on its feet at the Lake Placid Center for the Arts, preserving this piece of Olympic history for the community. The skilled crews of the Lake Placid Village Electric and Highway Departments worked with care and amazing precision to move the unwieldy steel beam structure into place. We will continue the renovation, with plans for completion and a colorful dedication in the spring.
