On behalf of the Lake Placid/North Elba National Volunteer Week Committee, I would like to congratulation the adult and youth Distinguished Volunteers of the Year for 2015, Bill Billerman and Nina Armstrong. Both Bill and Nina have given the most valuable thing to our community, time. Lake Placid is, indeed, fortunate to have such an amazing volunteer base, without whom we could never hold the events we do and service our community so wonderfully.
