Word has been received of the death of Arlene Mae Hogan, 82, of Gabriels, New York, and Deland, Florida, who died on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, in the care of her son and daughter-in-law in Blaine, Washington. Arlene was born to Milton and Cora Bombard on Nov., 10, 1943. A sevice for Arlene will be held in Gabriels in the late spring.
