Barbara Ann Pelkey, 65, of Sentinel Road, Lake Placid, passed away on Aug. 22, 2025, at her home. Barbara was born Dec. 21, 1959, the daughter of Franklin and Germina (Crews) Wingo. There are no services scheduled at this time. A full obituary with date and time of services will be published at a later date. Burial will be at North Elba Cemetery. The M.B.
