Anne Carroll, 92, of New London, New Hampshire, died on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023. She was born on Nov. 21,1931, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and lived in the Tri-Lakes area in the 1970s. At Anne’s request there were no funeral services.
