She was born Aug. 29, 1937 in Plattsbugh, the daughter of Myron and Katherine (Murphy) Cummings.

Calling hours will be Friday, Dec. 15 from 6 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Reiss Memorial Chapel in Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid, 185 Old Military Road, Lake Placid.

A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. at the Reiss Memorial Chapel, 185 Old Military Road, Lake Placid with Rev. John Yonkovig and Rev. Paul Kelly officiating.

Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Tupper Lake, in the spring. A full obituary will be published in the Adirondack Daily Enterprise in a later edition.
