Born on May 11, 1942, in Glens Falls, she was the first child of Frank and Margaret (Ryan) Ratigan.

There were no calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 1 at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Road, Rochester, with her brother, the Rev. Patrick Ratigan, officiating. Private interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
