Anna Mae Sweeny, 85, of Balsam Street, Lake Placid, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021, at her home. Born on Oct. 13, 1935, in Black Brook, she was the daughter of the late Noble and the late Anna Belle (LaBombard) Sawyer. She was the wife of Earl C. Sweeny, who died on Sept. 11, 2020. The services will be private at the convenience of the family. The M. B. Clark, Inc., Funeral Home, 2310 Saranac Ave., Lake Placid, is in charge of arrangements.
