Survivors include sons Michael Devlin and Andrew Neubauer; and eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her father and mother, Francis (Pete) Tobin and Helen Roy Tobin; daughters, Elizabeth and Heidi Neubauer; and sister Martha Clymer.

Sybil will be remembered by her love of family and all the photos she took of the gatherings over the years. She raised her family as a single parent working for BellSouth and AT&T until she retired in the late 1990s as a coin collector. In the later years, she enjoyed her two sons along with trips to the Bahamas and to her hometown of Lake Placid.

Sybil will also be remembered by her flavorful personality and for telling you what was on her mind. We know she is in Heaven with our Lord now where there is no more pain or tears. Your family loves and misses you.

A going home service in memory of Sybil will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 6 at Boynton Beach Mausoleum, 1611 S Seacrest Blvd. Boynton Beach, Florida, where her ashes will remain along with her mother and sister Martha.
