DEATH NOTICE: Margaret ‘Peggy’ L. Jewtraw
Margaret “Peggy” L. Jewtraw, 83, of Lake Placid, died on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont, after a short battle with cancer. Born on June 8, 1935 in Moriah, she was the daughter of Peter and Margaret Kelly.
Calling hours were held Monday, Aug. 20, at the M.B. Clark Inc. Funeral Home in Lake Placid. A Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, Aug. 21 at St. Agnes Church with the Rev. John Yonkovig officiating. Burial followed in St. Agnes Cemetery.
