On Friday night, lows are expected to be 12 to 18 below zero, with wind chill values as low as 41 below. Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with highs 5 below to 5 above zero. Saturday night is expected to have lows of 10 to 15 below zero. Sunday is expected to be sunny with highs 15 to 20 degrees.
