The meeting will start with two public hearings regarding the state’s cannabis law:

– Local Law 5, a local law pursuant to Cannabis Law § 131 opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries within the village of Lake Placid

– Local Law 6, a local law pursuant to Cannabis Law § 131 opting Out of licensing and establishing on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the village of Lake Placid

The regular board meeting will be held after the public hearings.
