LAKE PLACID – At the March 4 Lake Placid Village Board of Trustees meeting, Missy Furnia announced that she’ll most likely have to leave her hometown and her position as a volunteer EMT at the Lake Placid Vounteer Ambulance Service.
Staff Writer Griffin Kelly sat down with her at the time in the North Elba Town Hall to talk about being an EMT and saving lives.
