Lake Placid News Editor Andy Flynn interviewed David Gillespie, founder of the Canadian American Exchange (CANAMEX), about creating the world’s longest international cuisine trail, which will span two states and two provinces in two countries: New York, Vermont, Quebec and Ontario. Gillespie is a farmer in the Pontiac region of Quebec, northwest of Ottawa.
