Lake Placid News Editor Andy Flynn interviewed Jay White, founder of the Adirondack Cuisine Trail Association and vice president of the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Essex County board of directors, on Oct. 5 at Tucker Farms in Gabriels. He was attending the state’s announcement of six new Adirondack cuisine trails in Essex, Franklin and Clinton counties. He talks about how the trails were created and how they will help the region with agritourism.
