PORT HENRY – After suffering through a rough start to the season, Lake Placid finally got into the win column with a 3-1 victory over Moriah on the road Tuesday, May 13.

The Vikings grabbed a 1-0 edge in their first at-bat but never crossed the plate after that.

The Vikings committed six errors in the game.

Senior Shane McNierney pitched a complete game to earn the win on the mound.
