Having represented many citizens of the county of Essex before the courts in Essex County so that the rights of those clients were protected and secured for the past 50-plus years, there is no doubt that the appropriate experienced attorney for the position of Essex County judge is Kristy Sprague, Esq.

Kristy Sprague has served the citizens of Essex County for over 15 years as its district attorney. Being the Essex County judge in this upstate county with a smaller population than in other counties such as Clinton and Warren counties, the county judge also serves as the Surrogate Court judge and the Family Court judge and is assigned Supreme Court level cases based on the unique nature of certain disputes between those parties. I am relieved when I have to present my clients’ rights that are at risk of being violated by others or by some entities such as a municipality or an environmental agency knowing that the judge hearing and deciding that dispute has the experience, legal knowledge and common sense that attorney Kristy Sprague has gained and demonstrated over those many years.
