Experience counts, and Kristy Sprague has it all
To the editor:
Kristy Sprague’s experience is tenfold compared to any opponent. The court system is a complex multi-faceted operation that requires more than appearing or working a few cases. We need Kristy Sprague as Essex County judge for the balance of knowledge and understanding each facet and area. Kristy Sprague knows all the needs of each court handling thousands of cases in justice courts, County Court, Supreme Court and Grand Jury. She has also handled criminal matters for other counties in New York. The person I support has spent decades assessing cases and presenting testimonial and physical evidence in hearings, grand jury and trials for criminal offenses to include murder, serious assaults drug offenses, DWIs, child abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence offenses, family offenses, weapon offenses, theft crimes and animal cruelty offenses.
Kristy Sprague should be our next judge as she has handled cases of family offenses in the Integrated Domestic Violence Court. As a founding team member of both the Essex County Veterans Treatment Court and the Essex County Mental Health Treatment Court she knows the system well, making her the right choice. Another plus, she has Appellate Court experience drafting and arguing appeals from County Court. I am asking you to join me and thousands as we vote for Kristy Sprague for Essex County judge on Nov. 5.
