SERVICE: Shirley A. Whitney Coolidge
Shirley A. Whitney Coolidge, 91, of Lake Placid, passed away on Dec. 6, 2021, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Born on May 26, 1930, she was the daughter of Lynn and Gertrude (Peck) Whitney in Lake Placid.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 8 at the Adirondack Community Church in Lake Placid. Burial will follow at North Elba Cemetery. The Rev. Derek Hansen will officiate. A reception will follow interment at Craig Wood Golf and Country Club. The M. B. Clark, Inc. Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
