Mrs. Coppinger was born Nov. 6, 1952 in Lake Placid, the daughter of Kenneth W. and Helen (Reynolds) Planty. She was the wife of John W. Coppinger.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 29 at M. B. Clark, Inc., 2310 Saranac Ave., Lake Placid.

The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30 at Adirondack Community Church, 2583 Main St., Lake Placid, with the Rev. Derek H. Hansen officiating. Burial will be in the North Elba Cemetery.
