Kathleen was born on March 14, 1921, in Jay. She was the daughter of Grace Bartlett and Mark Devlin.

A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Agnes Church in Lake Placid at 10 a.m. May 22 with the Rev. John Yonkovig officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the family lot in St. Agnes Cemetery in Lake Placid. People attending are asked to follow COVID-19 guidelines.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake.
