DEATH NOTICE: Mae Julia Palumbo
Mae Julia Palumbo, 94, of Lake Placid, died Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2020 at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid. Born May 1, 1925 in Plattsburgh, she was the daughter of Joseph and Julia (Lesperance) Cartier.
Calling hours will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27 at the M. B. Clark Funeral Home in Lake Placid with a Rosary Service officiated by Catholic Daughters of the Americas Dr. Tom Dooley Court 2183 at 2 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Jan. 27 at St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. John Yonkovig officiating. Cremation will follow. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in the spring.
