Through a collaboration between the Joshua Fund Dog Rescue, a Lake Placid-based organization that aims to rescue dogs from shelters that euthanize animals, and Pilots N Paws, another animal rescue organization, this 9-month-old Labrador retriever, Lucky, was transported from Ithaca to Plattsburgh and flown to Lake Placid on Friday, June 26.
