LAKE PLACID — In June 2018, Lake Placid News Staff Writer Griffin Kelly interviewed Mike Miller, who had been taking a two-week vacation — every year since 1988 — in order to volunteer for the Lake Placid Horse Shows. The horse shows were canceled this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
