Franklin County establishes COVID-19 call center
MALONE — The Franklin County Board of Legislators and Department of Public Health have a call center to provide information on COVID-19 and all of the resources that have been affected and/or been made available to help combat this pandemic.
The number is 518-481-1111. The call center can also be reached by email at eoccallcenter@franklincony.org.
Through the call center, residents can get information regarding prevention and testing as well as services provided by the Franklin County departments of Social Services, Transportation, Public Health and the Office for the Aging.
