Where in the world is USA Bobsled & Skeleton?

The USA Bobsled & Skeleton team is competing in the sixth BMW IBSF World Cup on Jan. 27-29 in Koenigssee, Germany.

Women's skeleton and bobsled will be Jan. 27, two-man bobsled and men's skeleton Jan. 28 and four-man bobsled Jan. 29.

The team has 14 medals for the season so far, picking up four medals this past weekend in St. Moritz, Switzerland: Elana Meyers Taylor and Briauna Jones (gold), Jamie Greubel Poser and Lauren Gibbs (bronze), Steve Holcomb (bronze) for two-man bobsled, and Kendall Wesenberg (silver) in women's skeleton.

With two gold medals and a bronze, pilot Steve Holcomb is ranked third in the two-man and fourth in the four-man bobsled.

For the women bobsledders, Jamie Greubel Poser -?with a gold and three bronzes - is second in the ranking and Elana Meyers Taylor is fourth with two golds and two silvers.

In men's skeleton, Matt Antoine is ranked seventh with a silver and a bronze.

In women's skeleton, Anne O'Shea is 10th and Kendall Wesenberg, with one silver medal, is 12th.

USA Bobsled & Skeleton headquarters is located in Lake Placid.
