Nancy L. Morelli

Nancy was a lifelong resident of Lake Placid and touched many lives in this community in her quiet and caring way. Nancy loved the Adirondack mountains and lakes that she called home, but also had a very special place in her heart for St. John, U.S.V.I. Nancy was a firm believer in reusing and spent many happy hours searching for treasures at thrift shops and garage sales. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to the Lake Placid Public Library or the Ecumenical Charities. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29 at the M.B. Clark Funeral Home, Lake Placid, with a prayer service to follow at 7 p.m. The Rev. John Yonkovig will officiate. A private graveside service and burial will held at the convenience of the family.

Relatives and friends are invited to "light a candle" and share a memory, prayer or leave online condolences at www.mbclarkfuneralhome.com.
