"Thank you" Chef Chuck Brucculeri of Dancing Bears Lounge for Memorable Presentation at Shipman Youth Center
"I Love Local Eats Cooking Series"
On behalf of the Shipman Youth Center we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Chef Chuck Brucculeri of the Dancing Bears Lounge at the High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid, 93.3 WSLP, Lake Placid News, Olympic Training Center, Desmond Hotel, Culinary Professor Jim Miller, USA Luge, Cakeplacid and Hannaford Supermarket of Lake Placid all made the second installment of the "I Love Local Eats Cooking Series" a huge success.
Wednesday, March 28, Chef Brucculeri showcased his culinary talents to over 40 food enthusiasts who gathered at the Shipman Youth Center for the second of the 11 scheduled "I Love Local Eats Cooking Series" demonstrations. The evening was a thrilling success. Chef Brucculeri's presentation began with a delicious Shrimp Louis salad, followed by Cherry Wood Smoked Filet of Beef served with asparagus and fingerling potatoes.
Brucculeri's hour-long presentation ended with a Q & A session, picture taking and many compliments from the audience for his fabulous food and fantastic presentation. After the presentation, attendees had the opportunity to sample desserts provided by Cakeplacid, along with variety of teas and coffees from Hannaford Supermarket of Lake Placid. Thanks to the enthusiasm of our participants and Chef Brucculeri, the evening was an extremely successful fundraiser for the Shipman Youth Center.
