WILMINGTON - Frank S. Scsigulinsky, 58, passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at the Fletcher Allen Hospital oncology unit after battling cancer.
He was born on June 23, 1953, the son of Frank and Barbara Scsigulinsky.
He was self-employed and enjoyed operating his own business, Frank's Adirondack Renovations, and, along with his wife Linda, the A&W Family Restaurant in Wilmington.
He also designed a bobsled simulator ride in the Olympic Center, Lake Placid, which he operated for three years.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Linda (Johnson) Scsigulinsky; two sons: Tucker and Troy; his aunt, Erica Pasterak of Long Island, who was a second mother to him; his brother Al and wife Diana Scsigulinsky, of California; sister Alice and her husband Tom Barry of Sarasota, Fla.; a sister Irina Moffit of Maryland; and two nephews: Mathew Barry and Ryan Moffit.
Services were held Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the Nazarene Church in Wilmington, with a gathering that followed at Steinhoff's.
Donations can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Zaumetzer Sprague Funeral Home was in care of the arrangements.
