CLIFTON PARK — The Lake Placid 12-and-under girls hockey team took first place in the Between the Pipes tournament over the weekend.
Lake Placid clinched the tournament with a 1-0 overtime victory over the New England Jr. Falcons.
Annabelle Lacombe collected three goals and an assist in the tournament, while Kiana Fell had two goals and an assist to lead Lake Placid offensively. Camryn Brooks scored twice, Tess Stanton had a goal and an assist and Morgan Meyer had one goal to contribute for Lake Placid.
Mia Kennedy, Kylie Kroes and Ashley Strack each added an assist.
Tanner Stanton recorded 103 saves in goal for Lake Placid.
