GIG HARBOR, Wash. — Alison Jones Dayhoff, 62, died suddenly at her home in Gig Harbor, Washington on Tuesday, February 24, 2009.
She was the daughter of Barbara Jones Froelich and Alfred Jones, and spent her childhood summers on Hurricane Road in Keene.
Alison was a retired state judge, and had received her law degree from the University of Puget Sound.
She is survived by two daughters: Morgan and Quinn; a granddaughter Gabriella; three sisters: Darcy Fuguet, Laurie Bergamini and Veronica Froelich; a brother, Roy Jones; as well as her father.
She was predeceased by her husband John; her son Collin; her brother Bruce Jones; and her mother.
A graveside service was held on March 3 in Washington, and a memorial
service will take place this summer in Keene.
